Opening Keynote Address:

Racial & Gender Justice that Centers Black Lives

Joshua Obawole Allen's keynote address will help to set the stage for the next two days. They'll push each one of us as professionals seeking to better support understand,  and  celebrate gender diverse youth to truly see young people authentically.  With their words,  energy  and  power echoing in our hearts, our journey of learning as a community will begin.  Enjoy!

 The Context for Moving Forward

We'll close the gathering hearing from Kris HayashiExecutive Director of the Transgender Law Center. With his experience as a leader for legal, racial and economic  justice, Kris will   seek to frame our work against these troubled times we find ourselves in. Kris will help us zoom out to gain a sense of context as we apply our newfound knowledge moving  forward.
